tqj3 Posted July 8, 2009 Report Share Posted July 8, 2009 Jim Knudtson just told me that feedback from the modified drivers indicates the field would be pretty skinny due to some cars (and trailers?) that are damaged and may not be repaired in time. In addition, some drivers report they will be on vacation or otherwise not available. Rather than have the remaining drivers tow to I-37 and find a short field, Jim is cancelling the Modifieds for this week. Presumably everyone will be ready for next week's South Texas Shootout race. We'll see everyone else (Sport Mods, Limited Late Models, Street Stocks, Pure Stocks and Front Runners) at I-37 Raceway Friday, July 10, 2009.
