TRP Posted July 11, 2012 Report Share Posted July 11, 2012 Unfortunately, it has rained 5 inches in Edna today after 6 straight days of rain, and more is predicted all the way into Saturday. The place is saturated. We are sad to announce that we need to postpone this event and wanted to get the word out as soon as possible so everyone can plan for other venues. We are truly sad to have to postpone this one, but we will work with all sponsors and reschedule this event fon a date that will be the least impacting to all other tracks around us. We are so blessed for all of the support of the Aaron Hudgeons Memorial race and it is one that is close to our heart to organize. The street stocks will be added on the reschedule with the same purse honored. It just won't be a series event for the Shootout as their policy is to drop any unheld event.
