NCRA Late Models and Mod-Lites Open Season Saturday night at 81 Speedway!

Park City, Kansas – March 27, 2017 - It will be a huge night of racing action for the National Championship Racing Association of Park City, Kansas presented by Precise Racing Products as two of their divisions kick off their 2017 point season this coming Saturday night at 81 Speedway in Park City.

The series late model division will kick off their 34th year with two-time and defending champion Chris Kratzer looking for a three-peat and repeat his performance of 2016 where he won three races, including the 2016 Hutchinson Grand Nationals.

Late model drivers looking to challenge Kratzer for the 2017 title include veteran Delbert Smith, Dan Smith, Dusty Leonard, Duston Bolster, Jimmy Segraves, Adam Schragg, Bill and Ryan Gritt, Rob Day and more.

The series mod-lite division will open their third season with Justin Kinderknecht back to attempt a three-peat championship performance. Dustin Forsberg, who finished just 75 points behind Kinderknecht last season, will look to claim his first series title. Other mod-lite drivers expected include Brandon Gray, Trace and Ryan Ayers, Ed Griggs, Cody Kretchmar and Owen Edwards.

Adult general admission tickets are just $15 while admission for children eleven and under is free. Pit passes are $30 for adults and just $15 for kids eleven and under.

Gates will open at 5:00 PM with races starting at 7:00 PM. 81 Speedway is located north of Wichita on I-135 to exit 16, then 0.7 mile west on 77th Street in Park City.
