Josh42
Well if your a betting man you would pick a rousch driver to win the championship. Since all 5 of the rousch drivers are in. I still pick Stewart but think it would be cool to see martin finally win one or even edwards.
Truck99
If I were a bettin' man, I would pick one of the Roush cars. But since I'm not, I'm pulling for Edwards. Go 99!!! Wait a minute, Edwards is a Roush driver! Edited September 12, 2005 by ss99

tqj3
Josh- I tend to agree with you: Stewart to win, even though he has all five Roush drivers in the mix; but I'll be rooting for Mark Martin. What will be really interesting is to see what the TV ratings do against football and with the two most popular drivers in NASCAR, Earnhardt and J. Gordon, out of the chase... Mona
Tq, I'm sorry but you are wrong. The most popular driver is still in. He drives the #48 Lowe's Chevrolet. (Oh, I guess you mean other peoples most popular drivers, not mine.) haha There is no question who I think will win the championship, ME!!!! ProTree
makes you wonder if jack's going to be giving some team orders out during the chase-like to see mark get one myself,he deserves it.
Stak
I'm sorry, but ya'll are ALL wrong.....Ryan Newman is gonna take the fast track from 10th to 1st and take this one home this year!!
Pacecar
Every February, I go to Vegas. And I pick the long shots (paying more than 40 to 1) to win the Cup. For 2004, I spent $5 each on Rusty, Jeremy, and Sterlin. For 2005, I only bought one ticket...... Biffle. Wish I'd have bought one for Rusty....... I'm sure he was a long shot back in February. BTW - My Biffle ticket is not for sale.

KISS_Racing
makes you wonder if jack's going to be giving some team orders out during the chase-like to see mark get one myself,he deserves it. Tommy, Your not suggesting for one moment that Jack would ask his other drivers to lay down for someone else to win... And I know your definately not saying that he would have his guys block or anything like that now are ya' ??? After all if it DOESn't happen at the local level what would ever make someone think it would happen in NASCAR? ;o) Now before someone (Nick) edits this, it is just my opinion... Not to be pointed at anyone person/persons... GO #99 GOTTA LOVE THEM BACKFLIPS!!!!!

lendo38
Another vote for the Blue Deuce! Mark Martin would also be very cool. Who could really say that they don't like Mark, or that he doesn't deserve the championship? Lendo HMPLM#

walshes
I guess no one likes Jimmy Johnson but me. He's good for it ...with Gordon blocking for him!
Mona
Walshes, It seems that only you and I know who to root for. Jimmie is the man. I have to disagree with you though about Gordon blocking for him. Jimmie can win it without Gordon.

walshes
Jimmie can do it I have no doubt! Jeff could too but bad luck struck home this season! Just kidding about the blocking thing but if Jimmie needed a draft or a position to win look for Jeff to help out. I'm sure the Roush team won't lend a hand!
